Custom Blinds
As opposed to blinds available off the shelf made in standard sizes and therefore limited to how they can be fitted, usually, face fix. Custom blinds whatever style, are made in factories to fit precisely into the window reveal or face fix with the exact overhand on either side. Cut-outs can be done on most styles of blinds to go around skirting, air conditioner units and other obstructions encountered by the fitting team. Factories in Johannesburg have a turnaround time of five to ten days, so unless the window blind is required immediately custom blinds are the obvious choice.
In recent years aluminium blinds have become a popular method of window dressing, available in a huge variety of colours and styles ranging from plain colours, perforated to allow light filtration, brush and pearl styles give an upmarket look over plain colours.
